My Review of EboundHost
Update: Since I initially made this blog, the eBoundhost customer service team has contacted me to sort out the issues I had with eBoundhost. Their customer service team was prompt and extremely helpful–they refunded my payment within 24 hours of first contact.
Since then I am now recommending them due to their fantastic customer service. Ideally customers shouldn’t have to create entire blogs to address these issues, but the customer service representatives have been 100% commited to helping. I’m impressed by the sincerity to help a disenfranchised customer.
Based on these interactions, I would recommend eBoundhost. However, the only webhost I currently use is hostgator. You can use the coupon “vic” to get $9 off.
But let me rewind and give you my entire story:
I created this blog because I had a bad experience with eBoundhost and thought that eBoundhost was a total scam. Now in actuality there were faults made on both sides–eBoundhost screwed something up and so did I.
The support team has assured me that the problems I had will never happen again thanks to a solid billing system they are employing.
To this date, I still only use hostgator and I still recommend hostgator to anyone starting up. Based on my interaction with eboundhost and their rapid customer service I would also reccomend them to anyone interested.

before anything else i’m not promoting any webhost nor affiliated to any. i just want to ask if it’s ethical to bust a certain webhost then promote your affiliate link.

I believe it is. But only because I use this web hosting service. If you do the check on this website you’ll see I use hostgator.
And I have for the last 3 years. Not every affiliate link is evil. And when I learned about hostgator I thanked the person who informed me by using his affiliate link.

This is ridiculous, I’ve hosted with eboundhost for the last 4 years and there has NEVER been a time when had anything like what you are saying! You are probably an affiliate of hostgator and getting paid to switch people over. you should be ashamed of yourself!
